TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions form part of the Hottie Promotions
Revenue Sharing program agreement and are legally binding immediately
upon signup.
You are paid 60% of all signups and renewals (less 11.5% for processing
fees, credits and charge backs) for all new members which you refer
to Our web sites. You will be paid on an ongoing, Weekly basis for
each member you send to us for as long as they stay on as members.
You may:
•send
as much traffic as you can to Our Hottie Promotion sites;
•design as many web pages as you desire;
•send traffic from multiple sites or
just one site;
•post as many links as you wish;
•use our banners or design your own
banners;
•use blind links or text links;
•register your link (s) with Search
Engines or to landing pages;
•use whatever methods at your disposal
to send traffic from your website (s) to our site, provided you comply
with all other terms and conditions herein and do not infringe any
laws regarding content or copyright.
The following practices are not allowed:
•spamming;
•password selling or trading;
•any other practice that could impair our goodwill
and business reputation, or expose us to legal liability.
Links to us featuring illegal content, such as child pornography,
or animal sites of any kind are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply
with any of the prohibitions mentioned in the above 2 paragraphs will
result in the immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture
of any funds owed to you. We reserve the right to demand the removal
of any graphics, images or descriptive text which, in our sole discretion,
we believe may expose us to legal liability. Failure to meet any such
demand will result in the immediate cancellation of your account and
forfeiture of any funds owed to you. Payment of commission is made
directly to you by our credit card processor (CCBILL) Partners are
paid by WEEKLY YOU GET A CHECK EVERY MONDAY!. Each payout date covers
the billing period that ended THE WEEK PRIOR. All payments will reflect
credit card processing fees and charge backs. A valid username and
password must be provided to us upon request for all password protected
URLs directing traffic to us. The username and password must remain
valid throughout the term of the program. Any party who refuses to
provide a valid username and password within 24 hours of request will
have their account terminated and result in the forfeiture of any
commissions owed to them. All signups are registered by CCBILL. Any
tampering, misuse or fraud will immediately result in termination,
forfeiture of all commissions owing, and prosecution. You must notify
us within 24 hours of any changes in the information established in
the account signup. We shall not be held liable for any loss of income
or loss of profit arising from downtimes due to problems with your
hosting equipment or technical errors. We shall not be held liable
for any loss of income or loss of profit arising from any downtimes
of the Hottie Promotions websites , whether Hottie Promotions is
at fault or a third party is at fault. If you are not satisfied with
the Hottie Promotions sites or any terms, conditions, rules, policies,
guidelines, or practices of Hottie Productions Web sites, or CCBILL,
your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your account and
discontinue sending traffic to the site. You may terminate your
account at anytime by advising us by email at:

right to terminate any agreement at our sole discretion. Any questions
